Data Deletion Policy
Effective Date: April 3, 2026
At DioGenerations, you have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you at any time. This document explains what data we collect, how to request deletion, and the timeline for processing.
1. How to Request Data Deletion
Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- The email address you used to subscribe or submit a contact form
- Whether you want full deletion or removal of specific data only
2. What Data We Collect
DioGenerations collects the following categories of personal data through our website:
- Newsletter subscriptions — email address, signup date, and any enrichment data associated with your subscription (company, role, industry)
- Contact form submissions — name, email, company, message content, and submission metadata
- Page view analytics — pages visited, referrer, approximate geographic location, device type, and a pseudonymous visitor identifier
3. What Gets Deleted
Upon processing your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed:
- Newsletter subscription — your email address and all associated enrichment data (company, role, lead score, AI-generated briefs)
- Contact submissions — all messages you submitted through our contact form, including any AI-generated intelligence briefs tied to your submission
- Analytics data — page view records associated with your IP address or visitor identifier
4. What May Be Retained
Certain data may be retained in limited circumstances:
- Legal obligations — we may retain minimal records if required by law (e.g., legal disputes, regulatory requirements)
- Aggregated analytics — anonymized, non-identifiable usage statistics that cannot be linked back to you
- Security logs — anonymized server event records used for security monitoring
5. Processing Timeline
We will confirm receipt of your deletion request and verify your identity.
All personal data matching your request is permanently removed from our database and any associated storage systems.
You will receive an email confirming that your data has been fully deleted.
6. Newsletter Unsubscribe
If you simply want to stop receiving emails without a full data deletion, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of any newsletter email. Unsubscribing stops all future emails but does not delete your data. To have your data removed entirely, submit a deletion request as described above.
7. Contact
